For the Proof of Concept Build all controls are on keyboard and mouse. 

-  WASD (Move Camera) 

- Space (Open Radial Menu) 

- Mouse Move (To hover in Radial Menu)

- Mouse Left Click (Select in Radial Menu and Place Tile)
